Transition Logic Call Up Scene B – Transition Logic Tutorial 4

Transition Logic Call Up Scene B

This Transition Logic Call Up Scene B tutorial demonstrates how to design the call up scene for the B state of the lower third.

Transition Logic Call Up

This tutorial moves ahead in the design process and makes the Call Up Scene for state B of the lower third. Because there are multiple stop points or states in this lower third graphic you'll need to make a call up scene for each. Since the lower third graphic is built in the background scene, you'll need to make a brand new scene for the call up. The B state is a one line text graphic in which an operator will be able to edit the text. This video will also show you how to add the Max Size plugin to the text so that it will scale down when it hits the maximum width entered in the editor. Remember the Z space will need to be taken into account since you don't want it to intersect with the background scene graphic. Make sure the z space of the text is above whatever the background lower third graphic is.
