Transition Logic Call Up Scene Design

This Transition Logic Call Up Scene Design tutorial walks you through the design process for the first call up scene in your transition logic design graphic package.

Transition Logic Call Up Scene Design

Call Up scenes are the Vizrt scenes that gets imported into Viz Trio or Template Wizard. The call up scenes call up a director in the background scene design when the graphic is taken to air. Since there are multiple states in this transition logic package design, you'll need to make a call up scene for each state. This video makes the call up scene for the "A" state for the lower third graphic. So, when this graphic gets imported into Trio and gets taken to air, timeline will advance to the A stop point or the A state of the lower third. This tutorial puts the font in the call up scene which will allow a graphic operator to change or edit the text in scene once it is imported into Vizrt Trio or Template Wizard. The control plugins are used to give control to the operator or template. You'll use a snapshot of the A state graphic in the background of the call up scene to reference the correct placement of the font.
