Transition Logic OTS Call Up Scene

This Transition Logic OTS Call Up Scene tutorial will demonstrate how to make the call up scene for the over-the-shoulder graphic.

Transition Logic OTS Call Up Scene

This over-the-shoulder graphic will contain a choice between an image and multiple lines of text. The Omo function will be used to make a choice between the image or the lines of text. Furthermore, a second Omo function will be used to give the operator control of how many lines of text they want to use in the graphic. You'll use a control text FX to animate the lines of text on and off. Once you have one animation set for a line of text, the video will show you how to copy the animation onto the other lines of text which can save you time over creating the animations from scratch. Since the operator will need to have control to edit the text and images, control functions will need to be used throughout the scene design. Since the images and text are in the call up scene, the Z position will be an important consideration when adding these elements. Since there will be multiple elements for the operator to change, keeping track of the field identifiers will be important.
