This Transition Logic OTS Design Tutorial demonstrates how to design and build an over-the-shoulder graphic in the background scene of your graphics package.

The over-the-shoulder graphic will contain an image that can be changed out and multiple lines of text. This video will show the design process of setting up the graphic in the background scene. Included in the graphic will be a looping flare and an animation that brings the graphic on and off. Since the flare will be looping you'll need to separate the looping flare from the other animations so the stop points don't affect it.
