This Transition Logic News Banner Design tutorial will demonstrate how to build a news banner in your transition logic graphics package.

This news banner will sit right above the lower third graphic and will be changeable to the graphics operator. One of the banners will have an option for the graphics operator to enter their own text and when they do the back plate will grow. The majority of this work will be set up in the background scene, however the ability to change the graphic will actually be in the call up scene which is covered in the next video.
